I rented out my home while I was relocated for work and when I moved back into the home I found the tenants had done a lot of damage that I'm just not able to repair myself. One of the things is that they left holes in several of the walls that I need some help patching and painting. I may be able to pay for some of the materials but my Centerpoint bill is really high and I don't have a lot of money to spare. I watch my grandkids a couple of days a week and really want to get my house safe and nice for them.
