Neighbor and her disabled veteran husband are both wheelchair bound and not able to keep up with household chores. They could use some help doing light cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, etc) and she would like to have the walls washed. Their son lives with them but he isn't able to be the primary caregiver for both of them and keep up with household chores.
