Original ask: I have several needs on this list. Roof check and new gutters/or at least cleaned for now. My heating/cooling system out. Need info, help or payment options on ductless system do to health. Have drywall tape in corners needing replaced before interior paint done. A faucet replacement installed. Snow removal each year as needed & some help with ordered food delivery, will understand necessity of it when here..plus I am disabled from brain surgery, balance nerves removed among other physical complications.
