Description: Need repair to rotted area of over hang and sub-flooring on one corner of house. Have had issues with rats getting in maybe through there but am having squirrels getting in through those holes now for sure. Only income is SSI and am disabled with EDS among other reaching/mobility issues, so definitely can not do myself. This is one of a couple of repairs that I am in desperate need of. I have reached out to other programs/organizations (Healthy Homes Program) with no luck.
