Description: Need repair to ceiling drywall/plaster. Had a leak that is now fixed but it cause damage to ceiling drywall/plaster. I want to have weatherization done by Cape but need ceiling repaired before they can blow insulation into the attic. Only income is SSI and am disabled with EDS among other reaching/mobility issues, so definitely can not do myself. This is one of a couple of repairs that I am in desperate need of.
