Cinder block yard border 2ft high. "Hit & run". Need to set the block wall consisting of about 5 cinder blocks & 5 "toppers". I have all blocks, mortar & mortar mixing tub. I do not have the tools, experience or upper body strength(partial paralyzed) to mix mortar and set blocks by myself.
