My sidewalk. I live on a busy corner of 150 linear feet. It looks completely awful. The grass has overgrown in the cracks and I cannot get out and do it I have tried. The house next door to me is a rental by fc tucker. For over a year it's people who are constantly outside smoking cigarettes when I attempt any yardwork.4 years ago I had a piece of my ling removed. I absolutely cannot be around cigarettes and this man sits outside 24 hours a day smoking so I cannot accomplish this. I have tried. I wear a mask and can't breath. It's so sad and angering. Please help I do not have a weed eater.
