Description: Weekly cleaning of a 1 BR apartment plus laundry, and a bed change every other week until I can get into Assisted Living. Minor repairs include a clogged sink in the bathroom, toilet seat repair (once side is loose), freezer defrosting, and refrigerator cleanout. The maintenance department will not help me with these repairs. I have macular degeneration, so my eyesight is failing rapidly, stability issues, and other health issues. My only family is a brother who lives in SC, and his wife was just diagnosed with cancer so they cannot come to help as they have in the past. Any help you can provide would be so appreciated.
